Gemstone Beaded Earring + Necklace Workshop

Participants in this workshop will learn how to wrap gemstone cabochons using beadwork. They will combine and apply two stitches to create the wrap and make a full necklace and earrings set.  Beadwork experience is not necessary but helps.  All materials will be included; choice of stones and beads are first come first serve.

Workshop facilitated by Brittney Baldwin

Brittney Baldwin is the artist behind BaldwinBeads and born and raised in Galt, Ontario. Her work is informed by being part of the first generation of her family born outside of K'Taqmkuk (Newfoundland) and reconciling with her family history to move into the present.  They are almost always creating something and is known for her beadwork birds, inlayed crystals, and big earrings. Brittney also loves to work with leather, animal bones, and porcupine quills.
