A conversation with Elder Peter Schuler​

Elder Peter Schuler sits down with Clarence Cachagee on one of the CSL land based sites.  They discuss Indigenous cultural revitalization, the significance of land and treaties, and the urgent need for environmental stewardship. Elder Schuler shares teachings on reclaiming lost traditions, the impacts of colonialism, and the importance of living in harmony with natural law to protect the Earth for future generations

They discuss the importance of building trust, land-based healing, honoring truth and reconciliation, and supporting individuals through mental health challenges by combining traditional Indigenous practices with mainstream supports.
