01.How it Started
How it all started? Crow Shield Lodge started an Indigenous youth diversion pilot project with partnerships with The Waterloo Regional Police, and Starling Community Services. Funded by The Region of Waterloo’s Building Safer Communities program. The first cohort began from November 2025 to March 2025.
