The Sweatlodge represents the womb of Mother Earth where individuals can experience relief and guidance.

Pictured is the Sweatlodge used by the Healing of the Seven Generations, a non-profit organization located in Kitchener, Ontario. The Crow Shield Lodge Sweatlodge on Pfennings Farmland will have a similar design to the one shown here.
The Sacred Bundle is comprised of medicines, sacred objects, and teachings. It represents the medicine wheel and the four directions.
Of particular significance is the bear which represents the innocence of life and reconnection with one's inner child. The bear also pays homage to the children who were forced to attend Residential Schools and did not make it home. This is a typical bundle that is used to the Men's Circles.
